Shipping

Order Processing
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase.

Delivery Time
Once despatched, urban deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 working days.
Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Delays
Please allow for potential delays of up to one week during peak periods, such as Christmas or public holidays.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sea Zen products. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, please email us at seazennz@gmail.com within 7 days, including a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund—whichever you prefer.

Change of Mind or Mistake in Your Order
If you’ve changed your mind or made a mistake, please get in touch with us as soon as possible — we may be able to amend or cancel your order before it’s processed.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed or dispatched, we’re unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Faulty Items
If your item is deemed faulty at our discretion, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Clear photographic evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

Breakages in Transit
In the rare event of breakages during shipping, please send a photo to seazennz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Used Items
We’re unable to refund or exchange used candles unless they are faulty.
