Prices may change without notice.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and Stripe, using SSL encryption. Your credit card details are never stored by Sea Zen.
4. Shipping
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase.
Delivery Estimates:

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
If you've made an error or changed your mind, please contact us immediately at seazennz@gmail.com — we may be able to amend or cancel the order if it hasn't been processed yet.
Once an order has been despatched, it cannot be altered or refunded due to a change of mind.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Breakages
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Exchanges: Accepted within 7 days of receiving your item, for unused products in original condition.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please email seazennz@gmail.com with a clear photo within 7 days. If successful, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on your preference.

Used candles: Cannot be returned or refunded unless deemed faulty at our discretion.

Change of mind: Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases. Contact us promptly if your order hasn’t yet been processed — we may be able to cancel it in time.
7. Product Disclaimer & Safety
Sea Zen is not responsible for the misuse of products after purchase.
Please follow candle safety guidelines at all times.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before using candles made with essential oils.
Our products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
8. Nature of Handmade Products
Sea Zen candles are handmade in small batches, using natural ingredients. As a result, there may be slight variations or imperfections in scent, colour, or finish — this is a feature of their unique, artisanal nature and does not affect performance or quality.
